At the LSSO Summer Festival, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra conducted by maestro Gintaras Rinkevičius, invites you to listen to three shining vocal goddesses Ieva Prudnikovaitė, Ona Kolobovaitė, and Evelina Sašenko. Well-known to everyone, some of the most prominent Lithuanian vocalists together with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra are preparing a special program for this evening, which will feature pieces from the best musicals of all time.

Temperamental Ieva Prudnikovaitė is one of the most famous Lithuanian mezzo-sopranos, who also conquered the stages of foreign opera houses. Graduate of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, I. Prudnikovaitė became the winner of the International Singers' Competition in Cologne (Germany). In 2008-2014 I. Prudnikovaitė was soloist with the Aalto Opera House in Essen (Germany). One of the most prominent roles created by the singer is Carmen in G. Bizet opera “Carmen” (2009), for which I. Prudnikovaitė won the “Operos Švyturiai” award as the opera soloist of the year. In 2022 the singer's star shined brightly on the Swiss stage – I. Prudnikovaitė played the main role in Ástor Piazzolla's tango opera "Maria from Buenos Aires" at the St. Gallen Opera House.

Her colleague this evening is Ona Kolobovaitė – a charming soprano, who in 2010 graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre where she studied with prof. Sigutė Stonytė.  Back in 2009 O. Kolobovaitė won the Golden Voice competition "The Arch of Triumph", later created roles at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, in Giedrius Kuprevičius' musical "Fire Hunt with Beaters" and elsewhere.

The third goddess of singing is Evelina Sašenko, the owner of an unforgettable, velvety voice. Having graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in jazz vocals, the singer successfully participated in many different competitions, festivals and projects, such as "Love stories according to Edith Piaff", "Chopin Jazz Inn" and "All that Cabaret". Together with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra and maestro G. Rinkevičius, the singer participated in the project "With Love to Barbra", where she performed Barbra Streisand's most famous songs, and also prepared programs of the most beautiful love songs from films and musicals.
