Gift vouchers can be purchased at the Box Office of the LVSO Concert Hall, located at Vilniaus str. 6-1, Vilnius, and online via www.bilietai.lt.
All terms and conditions for purchase and use of the gift voucher:
- The gift voucher can be exchanged for tickets to any concert organised by the LVSO at the LVSO Concert Hall.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- LVSO gift vouchers can be exchanged for tickets only at the Box Office of the LVSO Concert Hall (Vilniaus g. 6-1, Vilnius).
- Purchase of an LVSO gift voucher of any value is subject to a €1,00 "Bilietai.lt" service fee.
- Gift vouchers are not valid for tickets to other organisations' events and Vilnius City Opera performances.
- When exchanging LVSO gift vouchers for tickets, ticket prices are calculated without discounts.
- If the sum of the ticket prices is less than the value of the gift voucher, the difference is non-refundable.
- If the ticket prices are higher than the value of the gift voucher, the spectator must pay the difference.
- The gift voucher must be exchanged for ticket(s) in one purchase.
- The value of the gift voucher is not convertible into cash.
- Gift voucher is not exchangeable into discounted tickets.
