The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra invites professional violinists to take part in a competition for vacant positions (tutti) in the FIRST VIOLINS section.
Salary: from €2100 to €2400 (gross).
AUDITION REPERTOIRE:
First movement with a freely chosen cadenza from one of the following W. A. Mozart violin concertos:
- Concerto No. 3 in G major, K. 216
- Concerto No. 4 in D major, K. 218
- Concerto No. 5 in A major, K. 219
Orchestral excerpts:
- R. Strauss: Don Juan, from the beginning to measure 63
- A. Bruckner: Symphony No. 9, Scherzo (Trio), from the beginning to rehearsal figure 110
- J. Brahms: Symphony No. 4, fourth movement, from measure 33 to 81
